Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@beamstudio.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Buyer to pay return shipping on change of mind purchases. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and issues

Sometimes things don’t go to plan. Rest assured we will ensure a fast resolution which can include product replacement or refund. If you have any product issues, please contact us at hello@beamstudio.com.au for further instructions. Generally, we will request a photo of any issues to help provide the fastest resolution.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom orders and personalised items cannot be resold and therefore cannot be returned due to change of mind. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
