What material are our signs?

All of our signs are made from external-grade cast acrylic — the industry’s preferred material for outdoor signage.

Why cast acrylic?

rustproof
UV stable and fade resistant
durable in all Australian weather conditions

Can I add an arrow?

Yes, most of our designs can be incorporated to include a left or right-facing arrow. If you'd like an arrow added, just add a note at checkout.

Can I add a logo?

No, unfortunately we cannot add a business logo to our signs.

Do you offer full custom signage?

We offer simple modifications to our current designs but we do not offer full custom work.

Simple modifications might include:

sizing
square / rounded corners
adding screw holes
adding an arrow
adding a simple icon

Installation

How do I install the sign?

Most of our designs have two mounting options to choose from:

mounting tape - exterior-grade double-sided tape pre-applied to the back, ready to stick to most outdoor surfaces including brick, render, concrete, and wood. Simply peel and stick — no tools required.

standoff screws - float your sign off the wall with stainless steel standoff screws. Your sign will come with pre-drilled corner holes, along with wall plugs and screws for installation. Drilling required.

Can the signs be drilled?

Acrylic is notoriously difficult to drill so we do not recommend you attempt to drill any of our signs. If you would like holes laser cut onto your sign, please just add a note when ordering (no extra charge).

How much does shipping cost?

Need it faster? Express shipping available for a flat rate of $5.

What is your current turnaround time?

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.

For larger commercial orders, our turnaround is 1-2 weeks.

Do you offer local pickup?

No, we are 100% online business.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently ship Australia-wide only.
